Bajaj Platina is a computer motorcycle which is the entry-level motorcycle of Bajaj. Which the company has developed for middle-class people and rural areas. It has been placed above Bajaj’s other models Seat 100 and Seat 110. It is also started with the facility of kick-start and self-start electricity.

The Bajaj Platina 100 features comfortable quality seats to provide ride comfort and front forks and rear springs for long journeys. To make it comfortable, a better soft seat cushion, rubber footpad and directional tires have been used in it. Platina has painted the frame, exhaust, and grab rail in black color while the engine crankcase and wheels have been designed in silver colors.

Bajaj Platina 100 Engine

To power the Bajaj Platina 100, a 102 cc BS6 OBD2 compliant single-cylinder, fuel-injector engine has been used. Which generates power of 7.8bhp and peak torque of 8.34nm. It is paired with a four-speed gearbox. To supply fuel to this motor, a 13-liter fuel tank has been added to it.

Bajaj Platina 100 Suspension and brakes

Suspension duties on the Bajaj Platina 100 are handled by telescopic forks and dual shock absorbers at the front and 110 mm, spring-in spring suspension at the rear. Which has been equipped with Bajaj’s Comfortec suspension technology for better ride quality. To perform its braking functions it is fitted with drum brakes at both ends using CBS standard technology.
