Samsung Galaxy F23 5G smartphone has been launched in India. It is the successor to the Galaxy F22 that was launched last year. This time the Galaxy F23 5G comes with a triple rear camera setup. The device which has been equipped with the Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor. This phone has a new feature called Voice Focus Preload, which helps in amplifying the sound while reducing the ambient noise during the call. Galaxy F23 5G has features like 120Hz refresh rate display, 25W fast charging, but fast charger is not in the box. This phone offers 12-band 5G connectivity. Galaxy F23 5G will compete with Redmi Note 11T 5G, iQoo Z3 and Realme 9 Pro 5G.

The Galaxy F23 5G price in India is Rs 17,499 for the 4GB + 128GB storage variant. Its 6GB + 128GB model costs Rs 18,499. This phone has come in two color options – Aqua Blue and Forest Green. The sale of Galaxy F23 5G will start from 12 noon on March 16 at select retail stores across the country including Flipkart, Samsung.com.
Note: The launch offer of Samsung Galaxy F23 5G includes Rs 1,000 instant cashback for ICICI Bank card users as well as two-month YouTube premium membership. The phone’s introductory price will be Rs 15,999 for the 4GB + 128GB storage model and Rs 16,999 for the 6GB + 128GB storage option. Nothing has been said about when this pricing will be.
Specifications of Samsung Galaxy F23 5G
The Galaxy F23 5G smartphone that comes with dual-SIM (Nano) slot runs on Android 12 operating system layered ‘One UI 4.1’. The company has also promised two years of OS upgrades and four years of security updates. The phone has a 6.6-inch full-HD + Infinity-U display with 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. This phone is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor, which is paired with up to 6GB of RAM. The phone also has virtual RAM expansion support. That is, by using storage, the phone’s RAM can be increased if needed.
This phone with triple rear camera setup has a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN1 primary sensor. Along with this, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter and a 2-megapixel macro shooter have also been given. An 8-megapixel camera has been given for selfie.
The phone has 128GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via SD card. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Dolby Atmos is supported for better audio playback.
The Galaxy F23 5G packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. It is claimed that its Adaptive Power Saving Technology enhances the efficiency of the battery.
